After each training course LT&RC interviews its trainees to discover how well it is doing and what courses the trainees would like LT&RC to offer.

These evaluations allow us to both understand how our service could be improved and what the developing needs of our clients and customers might be in the future.

We also undertake regular research studies to guage market opinion of LT&RC, and to strengthen our relationship with funders and partners.
