This course will assist managers to consider examples of excellent customer care. Participants will examine what gets in the way of providing excellent customer care and the role they can play to improve it.

 Examples of excellent customer care and who customers and partners are;The customer care image from your own work situation;Actions managers need to take in order to enhance customer care;The dynamics of a Customer Care Improvement Plan;
